When we moved here I immediately went in search of a preschool for my two youngest children. I had been to many different preschools, some with a huge focus on play and others with a very structured educational focus. When I found A Place To Grow Preschool I knew instantly this was what I had been looking for! Miss Tanya’s preschool has such a great balance of play and education. She also focuses on learning social and personal skills. I love how Miss Tanya helps each child reach his/her full learning potential by getting to know each child and finding out what each child needs emotionally to be successful. She has a loving approach to discipline and follows routines that help her preschoolers feel at ease and ready to learn. Another great thing I love about Miss Tanya is her love for education. She is constantly looking for new ways to teach concepts (Handwriting Without Tears program) and creating her own learning materials that are so fun my kids want to keep learning! 4-5 Pre-kindergarten Class
Classes Begin After Labor Day, Sept. 4th 2024
This class is designed for pre-kindergarten aged children. Preparing your child for kindergarten is one of the most important steps in their educational journey as it is their first introduction to learning. My theme-based educational curriculum includes art, music and movement, science, language, reading readiness and reading, fine and gross motor skills, math, communication/social skills and sign language. I am a firm believer in continued growth and therefore my curriculum includes extensions, busy bee time for individual/ small group learning and an amazing at home learning program along with our own take home Leap N Learn Reading Library. Learning and fun go hand in hand with each concept being taught through songs, games, hands on activities, arts/crafts, manipulatives, etc. Each of my preschoolers will be loved and provided a safe environment where differences are celebrated, friendships are encouraged, imaginations are set free and learning is promoted with multiple opportunities to explore, discover and play!

Tuition: $130 per month
